Hello Friends,
Recently i add more members in my team as i decided to provide SEO services again after a long time.
Before i was handling outreach data via excel sheet as mostly i or my partner handle outreach. But now we added 2 full time assitant and the no. of sites we contact also increased too much.
so its hard to handle everything in a sheet specially when 4 member working on same task.
so i want to know that how agency or bulk guest post outreach person handle all this
like where we already sent mail, where we get response, what was there quotation price, niche , is guest post content sent, is post live , reports etc. etc.
So Please share best method to handle this if any available,
if not then i will definitely hire programmer to build one.
