+1 for Adobe Illustrator, if you know how to use it. Or did you mean a newbie software?

Adobe Illustrator - the best among best ... (what ever software you use is not a matter you need some creativity is the matter) ...

Adobe Illustrator and Logomaker are both nice software.

Is logomaker easy to use? I tried illustrator (briefly) and couldn't figure it out (although I'm a wiz at photoshop). May just be one of those things that ain't worth the trouble and I'll continue to outsource.
