What should be more important for you is a software that shows you the referal domains of a given domain, and this is done by any other backlinks software (semrush, ubbersuggest, majestic seo and others).

The screenshot you've shared suggests that you would like to have the possibility to filter referal domainss by TLD, and by a string contained in the domain itslef :

I m not sure if other interfaces are doing it like ahrefs, but for my opinion it' shouldn't be so important because you can export the data, and at this point string matching becomes very easy. For my opinion I wouldn't choose a backlink data provider for such a feature... and that being said Ahrefs provides very good backlinks data
