Which study should I choose?

Hello, everyone!

So I introduce myself, I'm 17 years old, I live in France and I'm in my last year of high school.
Later on, I would like to work in online business (create a company,...)
But my mother wants me to have a degree first and foremost.
So what would you recommend as a study? I am currently hesitating between a business school and an engineering school (specialized in finance to become a trader for example.)

You need to choose your career based on your own ideas. What kind of company do you want to start? Engineering and business are totally different, not even connected (far as school goes). Seems like you need to make up your mind about your future before deciding on this.

Having said that, it's tough knowing what you want to do when you're 17. When I was 17 I had no idea.

For the moment, I don't really have any ideas about the type of company I want to create...
But I opt a little more for a double engineering degree in finance + business school.
