I talked with Licorne team and they told me that people offer like 800 social bookmarking basically have their own network of social bookmarking websites.
They seems to be right but at the same time i judged that software for link building are not so good.

When you create social bookmarks by the thousands, do you not care if they get deindexed by Google or deleted? Do you just make new ones constantly?

We are not creating social bookmarks by the thousands, I'm offering only 20 high pr social bookmarking links on fiverr, I checked and found some people were offering let say 800 social bookmarking for $5 only.
I also made try and found that such people have their own network of social bookmarking websites.

You need to target a specific social network these days. Find a custom robot for IG, another for FB, etc. I don't think there's a single silver bullet for social network marketing.
That doesn't mean the tools are good.

Bookmarking Demon is the best for social bookmarks. You can update the list after scraping sites with scraprebox. You can get 1K+ successful submissions with a good list. The key with this tool (or any other comparable one) will be getting your hands on a great list and constantly cleaning and updating it. But as someone else pointed out, hitting your money site with these bookmarks is asking for a Google penalty. Trust me, I speak from experience!
