Which software is best for getting quality backlinks

Which software is best for getting quality backlinks?
I've used licorne but i was unable to get qualitybacklinks.

If there is any software that can give 1000+ quality backlinks?
please also write me which type of machine will be needed for that software.

Here we go again, lost count how many times I read threads like this one. Anyway:
1k+ quality backlinks = manual + HQ articles + your brain
1k+ semi-automated but still worthy of being Tier 1 links = UD, Magic Submitter, Autofill magic, Bookmarking Demon, Senuke, GSA, etc..
Thousands of spam links = Xrumer + Scrapebox
Wiki links ( tier 2 mostly ) = wiki bomber!

i will change autofill magic to the manual, because its not like a bot that does everything

1000 + quality + software = very very hard.

you can try creating a high quality spintax file and use Ultimate Demon,
but still you need some manual work to do for the spintax.

I have an i7 3ghz (8 cores), 8gb RAM and windows 7 and I can run everything perfectly :) But really, i5 or i3 and at least 4GB are enough for very good performance and desktops today with these specifics are cheap!
 
Quality links doesnt depend upon numbers, If its quality then 1 Links is sufficient. But if you are willing to get 1000 links then you should try building links repeatedly.
 
Seriously man, search around. There is no secret "get quality backlinks" button that you can push. As said above, you'll need high quality articles, proxies, target sights, and then and only then will a program become necessary.

If you are going to post such questions, please phrase them in an educated way that makes it seem like you are not just trolling around. Search, search, search, search, search, and then post.

For Tier 1 I like: Magic Submitter, Money Robot submitter, UD, SenukeX
For Tier 2 I like: Article Kevo and GSA SER
 
there are hundreads of quality software out there it's up to you how you manage it by your own
 
I already purchased Licorne to start linkbuilding gig on fiverr but I came to know these are flop software.
I got idea that many people that offer like 1000 backlinks for $5 never deliver quality links.
