I don't think so. Everytime there has been a new technology, it disrupts the power structure. And people win in the end.
Also, I am not talking about a literal fight. We are fighting with "where you put our money". Its about adoption; whether people use the new technology or succumb to the old one.

I think they will try to destroy bitcoin, it can surely happen if the big corporations employing million of people shake their hand with the big banks and start paying their people in "controlled crypto currency".

We can have both. I'm fine with a CBDC as long as they don't ban other cryptocurrencies.

Currently it is both but future is crypto. I might not be alive to see that but it will happen.

Such coins have performed poor. Do not know the exact cause.

Don't judge a coin by its market value. Monero is still useful at places where its needed, even if people din't make much profit by hodling it.

Most of the bhw members will be on BTC side, we are all very advanced and use crypto for payments.
Maybe because it's decentralized.

Primary reason is that and there are much more benefits like privacy and all.
Yeah, privacy i guess was the main reason to get the btc price up in the beginning.
