I dont use automated pv, i prefer use sim cards and buy them wholesale. I give each accounts different number and never change it. IG had develop more security with phone numbers, and on my experience one number is only for one accounts.

The main 2 services mentioned above, real SIM cards, or you can use one of those VoIP apps that charge $3 a month per number, not all would work with Instagram though

how many accounts per 1 sim , if i do 2 accounts per sim and 1 banned will the other also get banned ?

Always do 1 sim for 1 account. It's possible 1 sim for 2-3 acocunts but you will get loop request, it just take some time your 1st account ask again to re-validate after you verify your 2nd account with same phone number. No related into banning for phone number, you can re-use the banned phone number account to another account after a couple of days.
