Hi all.
I open my new niche site to day.
I find o lot of SEO package and link building services on BHW maket, but i don't know how to chose.
Can you give me some experience ablout how to chose SEO service, and tell me which SEO service is best on BHW?

Ask them for their service site URL

Next, check their site for their keyword targets

If they don't rank on AT LEAST the front page for their target keywords, you might be talking to the wrong provider

Set Your Budget And After That Find A Service With Some Good Reviews And Check There Samples. (Check Quality)

For that budget I would suggest @Peter Ngo or @LukaB big seo package and add to it @Seo Lover 10 -20 pbns, if possible add guest posts from @SEOSPERM repeat these packages monthly it should definitely see you ranked up.

Post "hire freelancer section" , you will get many responses , look seller BST and read mod reviews and member reviews you will get cheap and quality provider

the point is they want to take my money but they don't want to guarantee.
I just want when we work, i pay and they send me good result but they don't make it sure.
Sorry because my English, this is not my mother language.

Don't blindly believe any "SEO guru". Find out for yourself what you'd need to do to rank, before spending (and likely wasting) money on SEO packages that won't help you. There are some great services on BHW, but until you understand WHY you're buying what you're buying, you're just giving away money, based on hope. Everyone selling an SEO service will try to tell you about how their service is better than the next. Some may be correct for your needs but many, maybe not.

There are no guarantees in SEO..

other than that, @Peter Ngo and @LukaB is what i am using currently for my sites.
I know no guarantee in SEO, i just want they make sure when we work they make a good result.
I am currently using LukaB service, but I think he doesn't fit me.

@Dr.White - Hiring an SEO consultant and ordering packages is only half of the story, to be honest. Everything starts with an in-depth keyword research in my opinion. After that is solved, I like to make sure my On-Page SEO and content is perfect, not just "good" or "okay" - I really mean spot on. Only after these measures took place I would look out for a provider. First thing I recommend to you, simply PM the seller and ask for samples and perhaps a few other questions related to your site. This usually gives you the feeling, how responsive is the seller, how does his sample work look like, are the links indexed which are being shown etc.
Hard to talk with him, just oder and take a report. And he don't show the URL of PBN
Well, as soon as you share PBN live links with your clients, it can get tricky and it is not recommended to do so. At some point you will face people which are blasting these links through GSA in order to forward more "link juice", then you have the existence of competitors and other factors involved, I have seen it all. So, at the end of the day, you like to make sure to not share the URLs of your network, in order to have it protected. However, as a client, you can always analyze what kind of work you have been delivered, as soon as you check back with Google Web Master Tools a few weeks after indexation.

More importantly, are you seeing SERP improvement from his services? SEO Packages (such as these) are a hard one to measure. I've tried a few now on different KWs, but haven't seen too much success yet. I'm thinking about trying them on my T1 properties instead.

@Finn hits the nail on the head. There are sellers on BHW that will definitely step through your SEO strategy with you and recommend the best approach. Generally, the churn and burn sellers will limit their contact as there is no financial reason to create longer-term relationships.

Excellent advice above

I've tested about 25 and found a few good ones. Just costs money my friend - go spend a bunch of money and time and you'll find them too.
