Which security plugin do you use?

I just found this FREE newly launched FluentAuth plugin that I tested and it is going to replace the Loginizer for my site, check it out, brand new but nice developers behind it.

Happy you tried it out, hope you´re gonna learn and use it, it is really good.
Just installed this FluentAuth plugin.

But I read few reviews on plugin page, that few have problem with 2FA email arriving too late - which can cause you to get locked out of your own website.

For this reason I not activated 2FA with code arriving to email.

The mailing is up to the server and is nothing the plugin is responsible for. I use it and get the mail fast on my servers. Make a new user and test that user out when logged in as a admin in another browser.

I know there are so many, but,

1. Which Security plugin do you use?
2. Is it a free or a paid version?

Popular ones being AIO WP Security, Secuuri and Wordfence.

Do you have any other recommendations to protect sites from Hackers, Bots and Malwares.

Thanks
There are many security plugins available for WordPress, each with its own unique features and capabilities. It can be difficult to determine which one is the "best," as the right plugin for you will depend on your specific needs and goals.

Here are a few popular security plugins for WordPress that you may want to consider:

  1. Wordfence: Wordfence is a comprehensive security plugin that provides real-time protection against malware, spam, and other online threats. It includes features such as firewall protection, malware scanning, and two-factor authentication.
  2. iThemes Security: iThemes Security is a popular security plugin that provides a range of security features, including malware scanning, brute force protection, and two-factor authentication.
  3. Sucuri Security: Sucuri Security is a security plugin that offers a range of features to help protect your WordPress site from malware, hacking, and other online threats. It includes features such as malware scanning, firewall protection, and website monitoring.
  4. All In One WP Security & Firewall: All In One WP Security & Firewall is a comprehensive security plugin that provides a range of features to help protect your WordPress site, including firewall protection, brute force protection, and malware scanning.
Again, it's important to keep in mind that the right security plugin for you will depend on your specific needs and goals. It may be helpful to try out a few different plugins to find the one that works best for you.
