I know there are so many, but,

1. Which Security plugin do you use?
2. Is it a free or a paid version?

Popular ones being AIO WP Security, Secuuri and Wordfence.

Do you have any other recommendations to protect sites from Hackers, Bots and Malwares.

You did not specify, what site you were talking about (although it's logical), so I will tell you how to secure CMS site. I mean, I will give u small advices:
You have to do backups, necessarily. Otherwise, you're screwed. Even free solution is better than nothing. You should also install Cloudflare. It can be tricky at first, but you get used to it and you'll be fine.

Thank you for the list. Before posting here, I Googled and found the links already.

My question was very specific, to know if you use any security plugin and if you do, which one?
 
Wordfence, but I also tighten my security with .htaccess rules. It's everything the average user may need.

Yeah, that's kind of what that user does. Literally Google searches every BH SEO thread and then posts the results here. Lol

You can install wordfence need only one plugin instead of two. I recommend wordfence pro, but set all functions well

I did a test with loginizer and it broke my test site. Don't know why it happened.

BBQ is good and it doesn't bother its users. Silent protector.
 
A vanilla WP install without risky themes is probably as secure as it gets. All plugins do is slow your WP install down.

If you need extra security, set your site behind cloudflare and buy their pro plan with web application firewall.
 
Which hosting server are you using? We recommend buying security options from your hosting itself. WordPress security plugins block real visitors also some time.

.... and strong .htacess policies.
7G firewall is great.
People never talk about .htacess and how strong/light is (and you can do all that things that plugins do).
People use plugins and plugins and plugins.
Plugins for everything.
Results? Slow site and so many vulnerabilities.

I don´t like WordFence, therefore I use BBQ Pro and Loginizer. The only plugin I would change is Loginizer if I found another much lighter one for the functions I use in it.

WP processes requests in a cycle. Plugins register in parts of that cycle. Any plugin will make your WP slower, as they all need to register at some point in the cycle in order to work.

As others pointed out, lower level solutions like htaccess are much better when possible.
