Hello,
High-Proxy or SocialProxies are almost the same. Try both and see which work best for you. Buy smallest package and try them.
There is no such a thing like higher price = better results (not directly)... What happens is that in general, higher price proxies tend to be LESS used/abused by others. But you can find mid range price excellent proxies by testing.

Any package labeled "Instagram Proxy" will do the job for you because you should get working proxies for the branded platform (in this case Instagram) so any provider will do the job
In this case, I suggest you go for a cheaper provider, especially if it's an established or well known name in the industry
