A lot of them doesn't work, I have tried a lot of them using tun2socks,socksdriod,tun2tap,kitsunibe.
I want a static residential IP for dating apps and surveys

If you want to use a direct proxy from your mobile device, you can set up the connection with apps like Proxifier, SocksDroid or Clash. Proxies that provide real mobile IP for TikTok are the most secure.
I have used socksdriod with some few proxies I bought here on blackhat and it didn't work out.
My use case is dating apps, Can you recommend any vendor

check the market place and ask what is needed to connect to the proxy using a cellphone is important that you provide the model because I know there are some cellphones that don't accept certain protocols but you can use third party apps to connect to the prox using your cellphone but again you need to check if the apps is supported in your cellphone and if the person that provide you the proxy can give you what is needed to connect using the app long process but you need to check all that.

I’d also recommend mobile proxies with rotation control (in your case, just disabling rotation) to ensure that the mobile IP matches the mobile device. That said, good residential proxies can also work fine.
This statement isn't entirely accurate.
Mobile operators dynamically assign IPs, but they don’t change them at random.
A mobile IP will only change when the device reconnects to the cell tower -- for example, after a reboot, airplane mode toggle, or moving between towers. But if none of these actions occur, a SIM card (and the mobile proxy) can keep the same mobile IP for weeks.
