Do they have an app or client I can use it withIP-Burger – They Provide dedicated static mobile proxies, ideal for long-term use
I have used socksdriod with some few proxies I bought here on blackhat and it didn't work out.If you want to use a direct proxy from your mobile device, you can set up the connection with apps like Proxifier, SocksDroid or Clash. Proxies that provide real mobile IP for TikTok are the most secure.

I’d also recommend mobile proxies with rotation control (in your case, just disabling rotation) to ensure that the mobile IP matches the mobile device. That said, good residential proxies can also work fine.I need where I can buy static proxy that works on mobile
This statement isn't entirely accurate. That would be challenging since mobile proxies rely on carrier networks, which are designed to assign dynamic IPs.

Mobile operators dynamically assign IPs, but they don’t change them at random.
A mobile IP will only change when the device reconnects to the cell tower -- for example, after a reboot, airplane mode toggle, or moving between towers. But if none of these actions occur, a SIM card (and the mobile proxy) can keep the same mobile IP for weeks.
