Which PPI Networks Allow Self-Hosted File?

Hello everyone, Which PPI network allow us to host their .exe like Revenyou, that let us download and host the file anywhere we want. I prefer this concept so we can easily replace the .exe just in case we'd like to switch or anything goes wrong. Kindly recommend. TY.
