For on-page there is nothing better than Yoast if you are basic with WH optimization technics, it will show you the right one things. Pagespeed is part of SEO, for this, it's ok to minify HTML with Swift Performance. A small disclaimer for my site is, there is nothing that can work better, than code optimization, so if you are good with that, go for it, and ignore plugins.
