Of those two which ones best to use or is there another site or
software program that better than these to use.

not sure what you mean. Pingomatic is included in Pingler.

Pingler can auto ping every 3 days.

best Ping Site is BulkPing.com ... it got more features then Both

Pingfarm.com is pretty good too. I think too good I got panda slapped because my XR blast links got indexed too fast. I was pinging them every day for a week.
