I don't recommend 2CO, it's a nightmare.

2CO does good job for web services for products,digital downloads etc you can go with others like authorize,jvzoo etc

Basically it depends on need and your location

I am using Paypal at the moment. Just because they are well known. However, I am also applying with some new payment providers. I find them giving better
service, and not so money hungry.
I haven't applied with Paymill, but I heard that they don't charge fees, everything is fees. Kayswallet who is based in Europe also recommended.
