Here are a couple of suggestions from reading what you posted.
A. Being new to SEO and jumping right in using tools normally equals disaster.
B. When asking a question like "What will rank easier a YT video or a single page?" is like asking
what color shirt should I wear today.
True...YT tends to gain favor faster but you are limited with what you can do with a YT page only.
Better off making a real website and use things like YT as a tool to market it not be the sole entity.
