I would have to say a Youtube video also. Not by experience but by what others are saying.
With that said, this does not mean that it will be easy for you to rank either. That all depends on the niche and your link building and seo capability and knowledge.

This is my first time with SEO,
i am planning on buying GSA SER, but still i don't know what type of links i should focus on in order to rank a YT video on Google

A Youtube video is easier but it's not yours, they can take the page down any time, you're making google money and it's not a definitive solution. When you work on your own page, you can sell it, lend it, burn it, keep it, whatever.
I can't really give you an exact method but, I would say going for PR2+ links would help. And besides, even if I knew an exact method, I don't think that there would be to many happy people here that work YouTube if I gave it all away. I know a little from what people talk about in my GSA SER Service Skype group, and that's about it.

Yeah, it does matters to get ranking on Google. The more views the higher it ranks, but make sure that views need to be real.
Also make sure to get some likes and comments on there as well.

See boss, it depends on the keyword you are targeting. A youtube video may come on top early but it wont give you conversions whereas a webpage may take more time but it will give you more revenue.

yes. when we compared likes with views, likes are more important than views. For example, you get 100 views and 10 likes for an video is average. For other words, 100 views and 60 likes is looks good ratio for getting good ranking.
