You don't have to go down the fake docs route if your business is legit. Should've gone down the UK route instead of US. Getting a paypal account with a UK company is easier in my experience. I know you want to move away from paypal but man clients just can't move on from paypal. As much as you hate it, they're the most preferred way of paying for most people online.

sadly no! Woocommerce has wise plugin but they show your bank details only, your clients need to pay manually.
The same with Payoneer. Client has to pay it manually. I don't like that because.. what's the point of plugin then?
