Which MCN would allow this type of content

So my idea is this, i'll download some pic from google and i will edit it in photoshop, maybe like 1/4 or 1/5 of actual picture, put some backround music and make it 2-3 min video from it. I know i won't get tons of views, i'm going to try it for different reason. But can i monetize it with some network? I really don't want to do this with adsense, because i'm making some money with it and ban is kind of scary for me. So again i know i won't earn a lot with it, but some extra $ won't hurt. Again sorry for my english. Pls help.

If you don't get copyright strike for your music or pictures then it's legit and can be monetized.
