which keyword is a "Good Keyword"

well, i have been reading the forums for quiet some time now and thought of starting sites for adsense. now what i have understood from what i read is that keyword research is VERY IMPORTANT else all my work will be a waste. i am basically targetting a micro niche site. so what factors are necessary before i decide a keyword ?

Well i know about these ::
Global Monthly Searches > 3000
Estimated Avg. CPC > $0.1 (Just my guess) ??
"Main Keyword" Search in google should give < 50,000 Results
allintitle:"Main Keyword" should give < 10,000 Results

and a Check of top 5-6 Positions for their Linkbacks and PR.
mainkeyword.com domain available (but i'll be using .info cuz of funds problem )

So my question is, That if i find a keyword which fulfills the above conditions, will it be easy to get on the first page ?? thats is after the Basic SEO and Backlink Building(Very basic), can i expect to get on the first page ?

Or What are your Conditions to classify a keyword as a "Very Good Keyword".. Please give estimate numbers.

Good keyword is a keyword which is easy(for you!!!) to rank for and, at the same time, will give you income proper to your skills and effort.

This will differ for every marketer out there.

The Numbers for a "Easy Keywords"... So that a Person having an Average Knowledge can bring a site to #1 for that keyword.

I do not know what do you consider "average person". Here you will find people who can dominate uber hard keywords in one month and guys who can't rank for their own nickname even in a year.

Please specify how much backlinks are you able to build.

well, if i build just 10-50 Backlinks for the Site ? or a number which wouldnt require someone to have scrapebox and xrumer and tools like that ?
