If you're just cold-mailing them, no big marketing service would allow using their service. You have to buy/rent your own SMTP server and a web/desktop based mailing software. PM me if you'd like to know some handy tricks to mail with minimal effort and expenses.
 
Its pretty generic information. Elaborate a bit on what issue are you facing, what are the configurations that you set up, what authentications are you sing, IP sets, server etc.
