Some of you may think this is so useless question But it's not, Bear with me on this.

I don't really focus much on keyword density but recently I noticed that some of my pages has 5%+ keyword dencity. When i wrote those pages I didn't even cared about this, but now i think it's important.

So can anyone of you tell me which the Golden number which i should keep in mind for keyword dencitry.

There's no straight answer to this as there are lots of factors involved in getting the right kW density % but 1% is OK. KW in title, anchor, description, url, backlinks all add to the density.

It is better to have keyword density under 1%. If it goes high, it will cause bad for that page.

Yes below 1% seems fine.
High keyword density is often bad and an old SEO concept, which pushed to its extreme leads to "keyword stuffing".
What matters more though is if you are on topic or not.
I would say mention the keyword in the title if this is your main keyword (but even this is not necessary), then once or twice.
But in some cases you cannot avoid using the keyword all the time, so it depends.
This is not something to focus on a lot, what is more important is content quality.

That's the best practice, pretty much. Write for users first. Have you keyword in the title and at least once on your page, the rest doesn't matter.
If you write naturally and your keyword appears a lot, that's fine too as long as you don't over-optimize everything.

Some of my articles have below 1% density and they're ranking first for that keyword. I wouldn't say there is a golden number.

Yeah, maximum 1% of keyword stuffing is fine. Many Number of keyword stuffing google will treat as spammy.
Highly sufficient 1% keyword stuffing for SEO content
