which traffic is most expensive? May be American, or may be Scandinavian? What do you think?

I was going to post something smart but your is much better.

OP, Tier 1 traffic is definetly more expensive (in general), it could depend on the niche.

It depends on niche
Most expensive niche is insurance and countries US UK CA AU

LinkedIn PPC traffic was expensive last I checked
