Which is Better? Paypal or Moneybookers??

Skrill is the best on my opinion their fees are lower and they dont suspend accounts for nothing like GayPay. However I was testing their manchen.. for CC payments and was charged monthly fee of 8 euro .. for transaction of 0.50cents...
Overall they are better. But the best is to split it and use both.

Paypal is best. they are easy to use but they charge 5% transaction fee.

I use both paypal and Skrill. Both are good , depending on what an how you want to use them.

Funny enough, in my opinion it all boils down to the niche you're working on. I do a lot of gambling and Skrill is by far king. I know that Skrill is not that popular in the States, but I use paypal for most of my purchase of services.
this is the breakdown that I know from niches:
1. Adult = Paxum or Payoneer
2. gambling = Skrill or Neteller (now same thing)
3. FOREX & Binary = wires, disposable credit cards, entropay, webmoney
4. Many others : PayPal
i dont get paid through paypal as I've heard so many horror stories from friends that get their accounts frozen etc.
these are my two cents

Without a doubt, the better of the 2 (In terms of being a Payment Processor) is Skrill
However, not many places accept it (Besides betting and casino sites, which it is perfect for) .. Paypal is great too, and it's more universal. Almost every person and every vendor accept paypal
