Which is better? Blog Comments or Profile Links?

My friend has a copy of Xrumer from '07. It still works and is willing to sell it to me for $50.

I also have a VPS in france that is doing blog commenting for me.

Should I add xrumer to the VPS? I heard that profile links have a much lower index rate than other types of links.

Blog Comments are better in my opinion even if they are nofollow.
You are commenting on already established pages which also may have backlinks to them and content.
Forum profiles are newly created pages which have no content and almost no link juice but they are usually ******** and pass some domain authority.

I was looking at the Russians with serps like "buy viagra" and it seems like Xrumer is still good as ever but I'm not gonna bother to use it though.

Go for blog comments. If you can manage blog comments from high PR site, then it will be very good for you--they are valuable backlinks.

I've never used Xrumer but I love Scrapebox..My personal belief has also been that blog comments (even if they are nofollow) are better than profile links..Have never actually tested the profile links myself though!

Blog comment is the best for your site if they are from good high pr blogs. I am also using blog comments for my all sites there is no disadvantage of blog comments we also find referall traffic from blog comments.

blog comments are good to go but now a days it is not easy to get blog comment backlinks .You have strive hard to get it.forum profiles are also better if it is from high pr domain

Blog comments are good if you get good quality blogs .

Like must have low OBLS and no adult / viagra etc links .

Also use unique content in comments .

Blog commenting is good, you can add your keywords in comments with your link. Also make sure it has low OBL.

Do you mean a free blog? I would recommend the popular ones (wordpress, blogger, blogspot etc.)

Both different type of links. One thing I would stress with blog comments, if you're spamming. Try and spam on blogs related to your niche, low OBL and have good spun comments because they will simply be deleted - if auto approved.

As you are already having the blog commenting so i don't think its necessary to add the Xrumer to your VPS. Totally Waste of money to me.

Forum profile is better than blog comments as forum profile gives signature to keywords that built quality link and helps to increase traffic of web site.

That depends on a number of factors. If the blog commenting links were from a number of different blogs then they would probably be more effective. However, if we are talking about 50 back links from the same forum versus 50 blog comment back links from the same blog, i wouldn't like to call it. Perhaps the age and PR of the forum/blog would be the deciding factor.

If you can use low OBL and fresh blog comments it's easy to boost your rank.In my opinion I got awesome results with blog comments.Try and see the results.

Blog comments, If you can get your comments on high authority sites relevant in your niche it will be golden. Try to post insightful information that really adds to the topic otherwise a moderator will come by and start deleting all your hard work.
