Which is better Ahrefs or Semrush ?

Semrush is better at keyword research and Ahrefs is better at tracking backlinks. Both are good, but what you want to achieve will determine your preference.

Semrush is best as you can't manipulate the metrics much for semrush but for ahrefs people are increasing DR, UR and now even domain related keywords volume too.

so for the best pratise we should go with the semrush.

I would choose Ahrefs, their features to find targeted and low competition keywords is the best

Also spying and analyse competitors backlinks, keywords, content structures, and more they have a lot of cool features

Both Ahrefs and SEMrush are great, but:

Ahrefs: Better for backlink analysis, keyword research, and site audits.
SEMrush: Stronger for overall SEO, including competitor analysis, PPC, and content marketing.

Semrush, it's all i've ever used for my keyword research, i get the free trials aswell, so never fork out the full price.
 
Use the trial version of semrush and consider whether you need a paid subscription.
 
I recommend using both Ahrefs and SEMrush

Both the tools have their own benefits. But I have choosen semrush because it is more justified with current price. On the other hand, ahrefs has made their plans very costly.
 
Do I understand right that Ahrefs is the best choice for domain check before buying? And does it show any penalties from search engines or I'll need another tool to check that?
 
both are good and have different features, i also use Semrush but i use Ahrefs more often

Both are good. If you have multiple websites, you should buy both of these tools for deeper analysis.
