I would like to know which is the best VPS Hosting in 2017 ?
it should be secure reliable and very very fast.

Windows VPS is used more for RD , ASP.NET and SEO tools that runs only on Windows . However Windows Servers aren't recommended for website hosting (not that they can't do the job , but are not that secure and stable as Linux based OS).

Ubuntu & CentOS are your best friends for Web server.
