With Atomic you'll need to have ready SMTP servers to use with it.
Build your own SMTP servers, you'll need some Linux administration skills and a solid understanding of how SMTP , DNS and ip/domain reputation works...after that you'll need to deal with PowerMTA configs...overall it's worth learning if you have a lot of time and some money to invest.
The easiest and quick solution is to use a premade solution that allows you to send from webmails like Gmail/Outlook using multiple accounts and proxies.

I’ve used Atomic Blaster a bit, and it’s okay for straightforward email blasting. However, I’ve found that Mailchimp and Sendinblue offer more features and better results. If you need something simple and no-frills, Atomic Blaster can get the job done, but it might be worth checking out the others for more advanced options.

The best email spamming/blasting tools are MailChimp, SendinBlue, and GetResponse, known for mass email campaigns with high deliverability. However, ensure compliance with anti-spam laws like CAN-SPAM to avoid legal issues.

I believe sending mass email is bad idea, if you don't have a list with genuine subscribers your domain will get flagged for spamming with just 100 emails. then your all consecutive emails will end up in spam. if you still don't stop there then your IP will be flagged and all of your emails would be bounced back.
I know there are email warming tools out there, but you would need to provide your SMTP credentials, if you mistakenly get into the wrong service, they will hijack your server and use it for spamming before you even start to do anything.

IMO you can give a try to Mailchimp because it has various tmeplates and automation features
Also Constant Contact and Get response.
Atomic Blaster is used for bulk emailing and is and marketing purposes

Mailchimp is better as it has more features. Also for atomic blaster you need to know Linux to run it.
