Highest jarvee package only allow 70 account,how can you have 280 account in jarvee?no offense,im asking for serious answer

I have been reading reviews of both Followliker and Jarvee online. Some of the reviews pointed out that FL was more expensive than Jarvee.
I was paying $9p/m for FL and Jarvee seems to be $29p/m. Am i missing something?!
