Which hosting will be best for my site?

would avoid hostgator or any cheap hosting service. Once your site will grow they will limit or block your site for cpu/file usage.
happen quite often on wordpress site that's get trafic

If you go to vps with panel go at least with 1GB of ram, there is plenty offer on webhosting talk/lowendbox.

Issue with VPS will be overbooking of the server and cheap service seems surbook more their server than expensive one (but trust me that's not always the case)

stay away from godaddy (lots of bad story)

ipage have promotion these days ($45 for 2 year)

you don't need vps or dedicated hosting yet so no need to upgrade from shared hosting. manage hosting/vps/dedicated is always gud choice if you don't know how to fix problems.

my personal choice is stablehost. They are doing great jobs.

I owuld recommend servinio, the servers have fast loading time and they are known for no bullshit.
