Hi,

I'm starting to hire content writers to create full articles from my KW research analysis, but I'm a bit lost about the method to give them.

Which Guidelines are you giving?

I'm doing something like this at the moment :
- Special introduction and conclusion
- Look at research intent and create the structure of the article
- Use best sources (from US/DE/ES/FR) and mix them to create an unique content
- check grammar and proofread

Are you doing something similar?

A good writer should not need much guidance, give them the topic, keywords, and desired tonality and they should be able to take it from there, I just hope you do not have to go through dozens of writers to find a worthy one, as many find themselves doing.

I've some trusted translators (working on europeans markets, so mostly doing translation and improvements), and I want to teach to some how to write good articles.

Don't want to lose time to search for people again, will be easier to teach to trusted people I think.

I give keyword and the parts/articles I like competitors have.
Then I see what google thinks and optimise the articles.

I'm doing similar yo you but there will be some points to be added. Make sure that the content writer you are going to hire has positive reviews or not. Check wheather the contents provided are matched to the title and so on..
