Which file sharing site should I choose?

I'm searching for file sharing site that allows files in size up to 5GB and pays per download not only per sale. Any tips which one should I choose?
I don't think there are hosts like this.
Wat would be the point of paying anybody for a raw download without them filling out an offer? Thats freaking charity.
But if you want just fix something like this on your own. Just get a free file hosting with hotlinking (DropBox?) and mix it with some payed link shorterers that pays you for raw view/passing by (AdFly etc).
But maybe i am wrong. Then by all means - correct me.
