Which file sharing site should I choose?

I don't think there are hosts like this.
Wat would be the point of paying anybody for a raw download without them filling out an offer? Thats freaking charity.
But if you want just fix something like this on your own. Just get a free file hosting with hotlinking (DropBox?) and mix it with some payed link shorterers that pays you for raw view/passing by (AdFly etc).

But maybe i am wrong. Then by all means - correct me.

Dropbox has limited bandwidth for public files - after you use up some, access to public is temporarily disabled.

Ugh, I'm little rusty with terminology. For example: surveys are OK, PPS for paid accounts is not (or at least shouldn't be the only option).

There are sites that pay like $2 for 1000 downloads, but not for files as big as 5GB.
