I need to attach a debit card so I can access my PayPal funds.
It seems that you can no longer attach a NetSpend debit card to your PayPal account as of two months ago. Can anyone recommend a debit card that will work? Would a Vanilla card work?
What about those PayPal debit cards that they used to have at 7-11s? I ave been looking for them but can't find them anywhere.
