I am new to Amazon. Someone can tell me at which date amazon sent cheque?

Thanks but i am trying to ask that my unpaid balance is over $100 so i am crossing the threshold so when they pay me.

they did not mention at which date of month they pay

They don't mention a certain date, because there's no such thing. They pay once monthly between the 25th and the 31st, usually it's the 28th for me.
