Which cryptocurrency is best for making quick payments?

Monero (XMR) is the only major cryptocurrency suitable for making payments as it is private and does not put your real identity at risk of being exposed. Any other crypto you use will put you at risk as the transactions are public on the blockchain and are tracked and traced by state actors and surveillance networks and can easily be linked to you if you don't take a lot of extra careful steps to prevent it.
The only time you should use another crypto to make a payment is when the vendor is not yet aware enough to accept Monero as payment. In this case you can pay in any other crypto by first insta-swapping your XMR with a service like Trocador.app (use "payment" option) and using the vendors crypto address as the receiver's address so the swapped funds go instantly to the vendor and you never have to touch the surveillance coins.
Personally I try to exclusively buy from vendors who accept Monero but sometimes this is not possible at the moment.

There are many coins which can be used for quick payments. Like you can keep some usdt on exchange for this. The value of holdings will also not fluctuate with this coin. Another option is ripple or Litecoin, they are also faster than bitcoin transfer.

Do you use fresh wallet for this method since trocador would know the vendor address?
You can use usdt. Good thing in using usdt is that if you keep money in usdt, total amount will also remain stable.

I will suggest you go for the ones with lightning fast transactions and at the same non existent fees. As many had talked about, Litecoin is a good choice. BCH is a close second.
