i want to know which country is good for paypal which do not require mobile confirmations while sending payments, and does have friends and family option....

Stealth USA Paypal accounts do not require mobile confirmations although sometimes Paypal asks you to confirm your number to withdraw. but that can be very rare i want to give you a heads up on using apps. i have used several smartphone apps and all of them have failed! I would not use smartphone apps for anything related to Ebay or Paypal!

actually paypal is not supported in my country, my work is to send and receive payments, if u are talking about mobile confirmation for withdrawal to bank account then this confirmation is useless for me because when i need cash from paypal i do trade with paypal exchanger...Stealth USA Paypal accounts do not require mobile confirmations although sometimes Paypal asks you to confirm your number to withdraw. but that can be very rare i want to give you a heads up on using apps. i have used several smartphone apps and all of them have failed!
