Thinking to make simple wordpress website, install some auto feeds posting plugin and run news theme.

Want such simple news wordpress site that post content automatically from rss feed links from big sites.

Which shared or wordpress hosting to pick with what company that has reliable server and ok support in case something goes wrong like server issues or site going offline?

I do not want cheap $10 a year hosting then nothing working, support non existant and other horror feedback I am reading on this forum.

I am ok pay from $40 up to $100 a year for hosting if it is reliable server and ok support that can fix problem.

Was thinking bluehost or hostgator if I not get any other advice from you all.

Why are you limiting yourself to WordPress & Shared Hosting?
Where in other hand, Top notch Cloud services are offering Free Cloud VPS

I thought cloup vps is expensive. How they can give free hosting?

Both are actually same :|
And they have many names ;) , so do your research before even considering any of those names!!

That is why I am asking members to share what they are using and recommend.

I spent yesterday researching and not found any hosting company that I like for less than $100 a year of hosting.

I like wpx but not really want to pay over $300 a year for simple website, only good enough to pass to be accepted for few affiliate programs.

Do I buy domain and redirect dns settings to link to cloud vps dns or how this goes?

In your situation I would hire @sohom for 5.00 per hour (and it won't even take an hour) to set you up and share how it is done.

You'll be set up and learn the process for a 5 dollar bill. Well worth the money.

Look, there are many Youtube Tutorials are available, where you can get to know about how to use Free tier AWS service, after following them, you would get used to with interaction, I meant AWS user interface.

Now about DNS setting thing,
whenever you are using a VPS/Cloud/Dedi you have to edit DNS record with IP address
On the other hand, if you are using a shread hosting, you have to edit namesever (eg, ns1.hosting.com, ns2.hosting.com)

Free Youtube guides about them are already exist. just search them..

Anyway, that give me an idea about to open a new Service Thread in BHW marketplace, where people do not have to pay for Hosting(at least for 1 year), where I would setup & take care of the web site management :)

At the moment I'm using FastComet and I really like them.
A2 Hosting is also pretty good, but they don't allow adult websites. (I don't know if you care about that)
