Which backlink tool are able to build on these networks?

My client bought a gig and found a report with 1000 links used as tier 2 links
coming from different sites like

ampblogs.com
imblogs.net
widblog.com
blogzag.com
arwebo.com
blogerus.com

basically a thousand of this kind of sites. They all look the same to me.

Is there a backlink tool that builds on this networks?
I tried rankerx so I'm sure its not it.

I think they are privately owned and sold. Anytime you make a web2.0 on these sites it’s deleted in a few days.
 
It's not worth the time, all of your blogs will get suspended pretty fast.
Not sure who is the owner but he has at least 100+ similar sites.

My client ordered from a service and got 1000 links of these as tier 2 links pointing on 5 mini sites like wordpress.com, weebly, wix etc, so I'm pretty sure its using automated tools.

They game me the report and most of the links are active, it was done on 2019 I think.

CX wants me to replicate the strategy so I'm looking for the exact tool they used. I'm going to try moneyrobot but if you can give me other link building tool I can check into I'd appreciate it :)

i am pretty sure it is money robot

if you build manual links on these platforms, they will get deleted, unless it is made by the robot itself
 
when it comes to content and design it looks like Money Robot most likely

I agree with his point. I too thought the same but I am not sure
 
These are part of the Money Robot PBN, they don't allow anyone without the tool to post on them. You will see them deleted quickly if Money Robot didn't make the post.

Seriously I am too thinking the same he couldn't pay much. But the thing is I am not very sure. It is like may or may not be

Its simply sucks, at some occasions the tool cause your site penalize (though it's debatable to be fair of) ..browse this forum for testimony or case about money robots 90 percent is negative
