As we all know the on page factors like adding meta tags & optimizing page contents works the best in On-page.

Can anyone share the hidden tricks in On-Page optimization.

The hidden trick is called yoast seo.
 
The Yoast SEO plugin works wonders and will guide you on the right track.

A small key that Yoast doesnt really mention, heavy internal and external linking in your articles. I put anywhere from 5-8 both external and internal links.
 
about on-page SEO:
- link other website or blog on the same topic
- post relevant content
- use h1 for titles
you will need All in One SEO for wordpress
 
Content relevancy and context (this is the most crucial since RANKBRAIN's UX factors this in)
Make sure your title has your target keyword
Use H2 and H3 to highlight "context" keywords (sub-topic keywords)
Use LSI keywords
 
Make sure your content is unique. H1 tag use in the title. Use the LSI keyword.
 
as long as I know, set meta title and description, dont stuffing your keywords. mus be readable and must be has a visitor in many ways not oinly by search engoine
 
Most important on-page seo?

Include "your keyword" in your title.

That's it.
 
Also, well written content. I don't know why more people aren't mentioning "pogo sticking". If your content doesn't answer the searcher's query and the searcher has to go back to Google to find a better answer, your page will be demoted.
