Is admob still good,seen lot's of ban this year

I've seen a lots of limited ads issues on many admob accounts recently, any other way to run it on illegal app ?

Limit is for corona pandemic and it will ignored.
I think you should try ChartBoost is and IronSource and don't forget Facebook ads

What do you mean - illegal app? Is it published in Google Play?

AdMob allows to run ads on unpublished apps too but I haven't heard of any ways to influence its effectiveness
