where / who should I use to outsource web 2.0 building

who do you all use to outsource web 2.0 building? how much does it cost?

I want to build 10-15,000 web 2.0 properties, and I have other demands for my time so i cant do it myself manually...

I've considered ubot and zennoposter, but I'm not a programmer and seems like it will be tough for me to really take advantage of either of those...i've looked on odesk, but its near impossible to find the right contractors.

the BHW services section seems to only have "blasts" and not VA's that could do this fulltime.

where should I be looking? recommendations?

there are a few on fiverr that build like 40 a time, maybe you can do a deal with some of the best sellers

i actually had about 5-10 fiverr tabs open as i wrote this post....do you have any luck with that? seems like they're probably just using senuke (which i have) and I was looking to carve a different footprint with my backlinks....plus it looks like many of them just create the profiles and dont add any content to the property...
