You've got a lot to learn - PR means almost nothing, unless your business model is to sell links. I have seen PR1 websites outrank PR5 websites for a particular search query, hell, one of my personal blogs about certain subject, which has PR0, outranks wikipedia entry about the same subject. PR is largely irrelevant, an average Joe doesn't even know what it is - the only thing that matters is your position in the context of a given search query.

Starting point:

1. Select a a exact match domain keyword or buy from cyberzilla(bhw member) for 12$.Tell him what is your monetizing method.You can start you adsense or affilliate or CPC.What ever you thinking tell him that.He will find a keyword for you.

2.Buy a domain and hosting

4.Buy 2/4 unique article from any member of from fiverr

5.Install your domain to wordpress,chose a theme and upload the articles and contact and privacy page

6.Do some simple yes seo( yes simple....just few blog comments.forum posting,bookmarking and web2.0 properties)

7.If additional need then buy some fiverr gig ( around 3/4 gig are enough for different 4 services.like forum profile creating,press release spreading, AMR blasting etc)

8.Wait around 20 days and see your site is on the top 1 to 4 position

9.Now use your adsense or affiliate or CPC campaign and see the result.

10.If all ok then start for send site in the same process after one month.

I've had sites go up in PR and lose rankings in search. PR =/= search results.

Just focus on getting diversified backlinks. PR will come with time but you shouldn't worry about it. I've ranked for crazy hard keywords with PR of 0 before. All because my backlinks and on-site SEO were better than my competitors.

Ive got a private network of like 300 domains mostly PR 4+ but a few lower and goes up to PR 7 which i use to get higher rankings and PR.

Not sure there is anything to add to this; rocket science is not required in this industry.

If it was I would be on a bread line somewhere.

PR does not mean SERP. It is traffic which is important. I have PR3 websites with hardly any traffic. So, do not follow PR only. Work for SERPs and quality and PR will follow. Why do you want to buy backlinks for a brand new website. Just build the website and build gradual backlinks. Use the profit in building more backlinks and so on until you have a good flow.
