I now have 3 sites with relatively good metrics and I want to start selling topically similar guest posts. What the best way to go about doing this and what are the going rates? I see there are several marketplaces out there. Is there a main one? Any help would be appreciated.

BHW has a great marketplace where you can sell, however, to have a sales thread, you need to be Jr. Vip - that means certain time to pass (you're ok) certain number of posts (you need to increase I think to 100) and $97 donation to BHW for annual membership.

You could outreach to smaller websites in your niche and offer them link opportunity.

Second option would be to display "write for us" on the website itself, however, I advice against this because I personally don't buy from sites like this.

Once your portfolio grows, you can open BST yourself.

Submit your site to authority.builders, loveto.link, loganix, and other major guest post marketplaces.
OP, this is a good answer

But be careful because there once a time when Google scan the link that The Hoth, Fiverr and other Guest Post marketplace sell and devalue them

That you everyone for the help. Is there a going rate that correlates to DA / DR or traffic?

Most high quality marketplaces like the ones I mentioned charge their clients $100+ for a guest post from a site with 1,000+ organic traffic and DR 10+, but they usually pay much less than that ($30+) to the actual website owners, so you could earn $30+ for each guest post from marketplaces if your sites' metrics are truly decent.

Take this with a grain of salt though, because I've never sold guest posts.

Edited to change DR value to 10+ after checking my authority builders dashboard.

Try the Facebook groups to sell guest posts. There are plenty of groups where people sell paid guest posts & pbn links. I am mostly a buyer in these groups.

Don't post your sites on any marketplace or devalue them with "write for us", instead, keep adding quality content and pay a visit to the marketplace here;

find the guys selling linkbuilding/guest posts, visit their sites and get in touch ;)

You can sell freelancer websites like Fiverr, guru, People per hour, even on BHW.
If you have good metrics you can sell this for $100 or more, depend on place
Personally i think that BHW members offer good price if you have provide quality

I think you can place some notes on your social media profiles or on various marketplaces.
The best idea (as for me) - to place that info on the sites you own, but I'm not sure how that can affect your metrics and prospective results.

I think asides being a JR.VIP he needs more sites, just 3 won't be enough

I would recommend having more than 3 sites before you start a BST though.
