I'm looking at hiring a lancer or a team to run ads across multiple platforms.
Could somebody with experience please suggest where am I best to post a thread?
Specifically which one of these cats:

- Social Media
- HAF
- Making Money

I want to draw blackhaters with experience, and credentials.
