Where to move?

There is countries where an amount is tax-free, like Malta (EU) where you can earn up to about €9000 without paying tax on it, so the laws are very different.

That is an income amount thing, every place has a minimum amount before taxation kicks in. However they won't let you slide because you made money online exceeding that amount. Not every place has the ability to track down tax evaders, and that confuses people.

Of course, but how many can say that they have never cheated on their tax declaration, that's illegal to .. =) .. How about the Thai tax system, where only 7% of the population in Thailand are paying taxes, why? Because of the law? No, they have to many cash transactions since the most of the population works in businesses that only do cash business, so they can not regulate the tax.

Look mate . How about reading "Sluzbeni glasnik" all editions and years. They contain all law paragraphs. Go translate some, and educate yourself first. I understand that westerns believe everything everywhere is regulated. But reality is different. Bosnia usually copies majority of laws with minor adjustment from neighbor countries like Serbia and Croatia, always lagging behind. Stop with your generic statements.

Its not a generic statement, its common sense. People not getting charged are not getting charged because of the very low budget that the Bosnian government has from being such a bad economy. If the PC GDP in Bosnia was around the average of the EU, the funding would be much higher and way more of those people doing online fraud would be in jail.

Or, maybe it is because the people in the government enjoy´s the money they make by not hunting down the bad guys that puts the beer and the fine meat on their tables .. =)

Some people in Bosnia did extortion online and got busted for it.

No cyber crime laws in Bosnia, yet somehow there is a conference about the cyber crime laws in Bosnia

Ok lets talk about tax evasion in East Europe. When you receive monthly payment from paypal to your bank account, bank can ask you to add source of income for that transaction. In reality they never ask. If they do you can put "pomoc iz inostranstva" which means "help from abroad" , and according to law, bank can give that info to tax service. Its tax free, and limit is several K ( fluctuates) . How come is this illegal.

Another example of lawful fraud: olx regional site is popular and you can scam people there, and payments are "cash on delivery" . There is no law to punish you if you send something that doesn't fit the description, and since its not taxed, police will never intervene. Laws about fitting description ( saobraznost ) apply to new merchandise which is properly taxed.

You can continue talking about what is legal or illegal , but it doesn't matter. I have lawyers in family and ask them about cyber laws all the time. I know what happens in practice.

Claiming something is help to get it considered tax free is not lawful fraud, its illegal since its tax evasion. Its just until you get caught nothing happens, doesn't make it legal.

Bosnia is an EU candidate, once they become a member they will get grants from the EU. A person may get away for the short term by breaking laws in Bosnia, but eventually they will get caught.

It would be illegal only if i admit its not help from abroad. There is no way to prove it and nobody would ever question it. I'm tired from this debate. All your conclusions make sense, but it is full of assumptions such as "country should do its job". It doesn't happen here.

IF they get accepted, just being a candidate is a long way from the end goal, in Bosnia's case I think it is going to take a very long time since they have some issues living up to EU standard, but who knows, even Greece got into EU even if they are a very shady country when it comes to taxes.

It doesn't happen there because Bosnia's economy sucks. I don't get why if you like Bosnia so much you are literally promoting it as a criminal haven due to "culture" rather than lack of funding. As the economy keeps growing and more money is able to be spent by the government more things will be sought after. Not everything can be caught even in west Europe and America a person can get away with lots of illegal activities.

Money that should be used for government activities, end up in politicians pockets and salaries for overcrowded administration. Its not about amount, its about direction money flows. Wrong direction. :(

Cultural standpoint of this part of Europe is : fuck DMCA, fuck intellectual property, long live piracy. Almost 100% of people use pirate windows (or free OS). Everybody downloads from torrent. Not a single ISP ever complained about using it. We are cyber savages. Thats reality

Legend has it, that on the last day of every second moon month, if the weather is particularly warm, out of the depths of the mountains crawl out specialized creatures called accountants that can instruct you how to legally (or almost so) reduce your taxes. Just remember to feed them with some money and they will tell you all they know.

OP probably thought adsense clickjacking will work forever, now when it became almost impossible... Bosnia looks just fine :)

Adsense still works! Accounts are expensive but clickjacking script still works.
