Iraq is a really cheap place. You can buy with $50k approximate 10 huge apartments. Just make sure, you evade the cities Mosul, Kirkuk and Raqqa.(Conquered by muslims)

The taxes in Bulgaria are like one of the lowest around. Every IMer will live like a king here, because of the low standart. The minimum wage is 205 dollars - some of you make these money for a day or two. The nature here is amazing!
 
I live in Bosnia and as IM guy the life is cheap here. If you are not into IM you will never find job here, a lot of corruption by politician and in whole country. Its also unstable and a possibility for war is high.
I recommend Montenegro, Greece or Serbia.

Don't count alot that all people can speak English it's myth . even my self i do all my G search reading in English but I can't stand for one daily conversation .Real life are totally different from Internet .
I notice most American get in this trap thinking if Internet are in English movies in English so All world speak English !.
even when you travel to tourism country if airport taxi driver or hotel workers or in coffee shops are speaking to you in English you thought everyone speak English . go to Grocery store on next street to your hotel and you will get yourself in embarrassing situation .
native English speaking countries are known . the biggest lie when someone said that country 2st spoken language is English while in best cases percentage reach 1~2% of population .
I remember American documentary on Italy the reporter was asking regular people on the street and no one understand her , and she said why no one speak English hhhhhhhhh .
that really stupid you are in Italy and people are speaking Italian in their daily conversations what you expect lady .
In short if you want to live in foreign country learn their Language , that's will make you life way easier .

BS, just because they don't speak it everyday doesn't mean they aren't able to. The majority of people that are not wanting to speak it are doing it for either nationalistic reasons or they lack the confidence, not because they don't some basics of it. As for being in a store no communication is really required. I probably said only 25 different words at most in the last decade of going to stores to buy things.

I was taught France and English in 13 years of school in Europe. I didn't remembered either one living there. I don't remember anything about France and I had to learn English by my self after school.
Where do you think lack of confidence comes? From being able to speak it? No, they just don't know, expect a few words. If you hang out with 'modern' people, they know little bit of English in most cases. But that's just students basically. And they too will forget it sooner or later. The rest of the people don't. It's embarrassing when I go in some groceries stores and they can't even understand basic English.

And no, almost no one uses Internet in English in big countries where they have their own language.

You are generalizing.

So were you just not watching many good movies ? Its really hard to believe claims of 13 years of learning a language in school and forgetting it so quickly.

I used to watch dubbed movies, then I grow up and didn't like those anymore and started learning English by my self and movies in original language.
I also studied math for 13 years. I don't remember anything of it anymore, why? Because I never used it in real life. It's the same thing with languages. You learn it, you never use it, you forget it.

Anyway. Just try for yourself. When you go to Europe try speaking English with people that are not students. :D
 
If you want to colonise one country in central europe, it's hungary.
government is whoring out the country to whoever who has money. So get in early and get your early bird discounts while still available.

The population speaks English and German with high proficiency, has low capital, but a hardworking workforce.
Infrastructure lacks and sucks big time.

The gov. just borrowed a huge sum of paypal monkeys to build a second atomic plant from the Russians.
So, they are already in their pockets. So, if Putin decides to rollover Europe out of boredom, they will probably leave Hungary somewhat intact.

It's great, it was most beautiful town in ex. Jugoslavia.

Bottle of Jack Daniels in club is 25$, drinks are like 1-3$.

Hotel room is 10$, car fuel is 1$/liter.

Amazing place to live, if you have some money.
